Full-price and discounted items are eligible for return.
Final Sale items, custom orders, or worn shoes are not returnable unless defective.
Socks and accessories are returnable only if unopened.
We offer free size or style exchanges within the U.S. Simply contact us, and we’ll help you exchange your item for the right fit or model.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
